East
Jordan EMS is a volunteer based emergency medical service serving
the
City of East Jordan and surrounding communities with emergency
pre-hospital care as well as emergent and non-emergent inter-facility
transfers 24 hours a
day - 7 days a week - 365 days a year.
In
addition to emergency response the staff of East Jordan EMS provide
emergency medical training and continuing education training (CME) to in
house staff as well as the EMS staff from other agencies of the surrounding
area.
First-aid
and CPR training is also provided for area residents. Classes for individuals,
large office groups, other health care providers and many others are
available through a variety of training formats.
